Benny, I just wanted to say THANK YOU one more time for the outstanding service you provided on our July 22-29th cruise. Not only did you keep our staterooms in perfect order, but your towel creations were awesome (that crocodile was the best towel animal I have ever seen!!! :thumbsup2 ).
Mostly I want to let you know how much your special towel Birthday Cake creation :bday: meant to my daughter! It was a totally unexpected and absolutely MAGICAL gesture and it made her day. And ours, too, to see her face light up. So :thanks: Benny, for going out of your way to make our cruise the best we've ever had!
