Hoop dee doo reservations?

The website says you can make Hoop Dee Doo reservations on year in advance, but when I called today (185 days out), they said reservations are not yet released for the new year (2007) :confused3 , Any ideas why?

Is the Hoop Dee Doo worth the money? WE will have 8 in our party, so ~$325 for dinner :sad2:

As far as ADR's go I can't help, but is it worth it, yes. Remember the price is not just for dinner but for a show as well. The food is seved family style and is all you can eat as well as soda, beer, and sangria. The show is alot of fun and we all had a great time.

Yes, it's definitely worth the price. Planning on going for a second time this February. I don't think they are doing reservations (can do room only right now) for 2007 because they haven't set prices for 2007 yet. The CM told me the 2007 packages and prices would probably come out the end of this month. Although, I read yesterday on another post that their CM told them 2007 rates would be out in two weeks. You may want to try back in 2-4 weeks.

I think there are a lot of us trying to get ADR to HDD. I was told that all the dinner shows are unavailable.If someone does get an ADR please post. Maybe we should set up a call list so only one person has to call each day and then post on here. I will take Wed. :thumbsup2

Not sure if this helps, but I was told that ADRs for Hoop Dee Doo can only be made 180 days out instead of a year now. I am not sure why this changed, but you might want to try again in a few days.

Thank you Cindy but I have been trying since my 180 day window,there is a problem with possibly pricing for the dinner shows in 2007 and the system is not accepting them yet. :confused3

When I called yesterday, i was told that HDD reservations can be taken Sunday (8/6). The CM said she was positive about this. She also said 2007 packages would be available then as well. Then I find out on the Dis that ticket prices are increasing Sunday, coincidence?

I just tried this morning and still no reservations for after Jan 1, 2007 :sad2:

I called Sunday 8/6 and made our reservations for Feb. 2007. They have new tiered pricing for HDDR, so I had to pick where I wanted to sit, also had to pay in full at time of booking reservation. Try again, maybe you just got a CM that isn't up to date yet.

I finally got my reservations for category 1 seating this morning (6 am my time!), exactly 180 days out! :thumbsup2

Allie2 if you are staying at a WDW resort you should be able to make all your ADR's at the same time for up to 10 days from the first 180 days out.

When I asked this morning if she could make all of my dining reservations, she said I would have to call back on the 180th day before I wanted to make each daily reservation?!?!? It sure would be nice if they(reservation attendants) all went by the same rules :sad2:
