We are planning on going to IOA and US when we get down there. So, I went ahead and paid for the express plus passes for both parks...now looking in on that I could have just paid about $30 more and stayed at a Universal Hotel and wouldn't have had to buy those (we are staying one night at Best Western in Downtown Disney before we go to IOA & US). I'm shaking my head at myself and can't believe that I did that!
And of course....no refunds....that's a good lesson learned there! Oh well...maybe next time :guilty:

If you stay onsite, you can take your express to Guest Services and get a refund.

Yay Good news!
I called Universal and explained what I did. They said No problem, got myself set up at Royal Pacific and they canceled my express tickets and I should get a refund in about 10 days!! Plus its cheaper than what I paid for my tickets, lol....I'm so glad!
