You can trade Kiosk.. But you can trade the credits to buy on :)

Because it can't be traded.

I learned this the very hard way. Bought one to trade before I knew that it would be all "gray" in the trade window and could not be given to anyone.

You will have to get 30,000 credits through someone else's quesk quiosk to buy your own.

And you can't buy one until you finish the quests required to get space suit magic.
