I need flour help!

DD wants to make a recipe that calls for 7 Tbs. of self-rising flour. I do not have this, but do have all purpose flour. I know that I will probably need to add some baking powder to this recipe in order for it to work, but I don't have any idea how much I will need. Can anyone help me figure this out?
