Hyatt or Amerisuites at MCO for late night arrival

Has anyone ever gotten a deal at the Hyatt that is in the airport? For 2/8 I have a rate of $129.

We will be arriving late and want to just get to the cloest bed possible for the kids, then go to the WL on the 9th for our 7 night vacation. I understand the AmeriSuites is located at the north entrance of the airport. Their rate is only $69. Is it a hassle to take a shuttle to the Amerisuites? (rather than taking an elevator to the Hyatt).

The Hyatt hotel in the airport is awesome - it is so convenient to go walk straight up to your room from baggage claim without any headaches! Of course the accommodations and amenities are very classy, but all this for a price. $129 a night can get pricey.

Just north of the airport is an area called Vista Centre - here they have a lot of restaurants, hotels, etc. It is less then a mile away and all hotels operate very efficient shuttle buses to and from - there is no hassle at all.

the night of 1/4 since our flight is supposed to leave at 5:30 am on the 5th(keep hoping it'll get changed!). Have a rate off the website of $119 with AAA card. It's only 10 less than what you're paying, but every little bit helps...

If you're renting a car from the airport, it would be more convenient to stay at the Hyatt and then pick it up in the morning. Did you check Hyatt's website for rates?

I got two rooms at the hyatt orlando airport for $62.96 total for both rooms off of priceline. Other people have received similar deals
