Day 1 October 28,2001
I arrived at CBR at 1030am, Checked in, my room wasn't ready. I had sent a room request asking for a room near Old Port Royale. I got room 3114 which is in Trinadad North.
I started to get nervous because I knew Sam was coming over to meet me. Ihad spoke to him for months but now I get to meet him for the first time in person. We finally meet at 1245 and were off to EPCOT for the Food and Wine Festival.
We Tried foods from Mexico, Canada (I LOVED the cheddar cheese soup), Poland and Russia and Italy.
We wanted to do Test Track but the line was wicked long. Since they closed fastpass for this ride, we decided that we would come back another day to do it.
We did watch Ellen learn about Energy and learned how to eat right at Food rocks.
We then decided it was time to stake out a spot for Tapestry of Dreams and Illuminations. I love Illuminations. Tapestry of Dreams makes you want to get up and dance!!
After that we parted ways and went back to our hotels.
