I thought i read something on their website that the free Annual pass is available until July 31st. Does that mean i have to just buy one of these passes by July 31st to get this deal or do I have to be there by July 31st to pick up the pass???

I think it is the latter. Usually when you get an annual pass, you have to activate it and then take the paper ticket to a processing center inside the park. Of course by the time you read this, it will be too late for that. But for future deals..... :)

oh darn! i was going to order my tickets by July 31 just in case but lost track of time.
