Since I have started back to WW after a 2 year absence, I am looking for some good low POINT WW foods and or meals. If you have something great to share, please post here.

Yesterday for breakfast I had a 1 PT lite English muffin with 1 T. of Miracle Whip and fresh garden tomatoes for 2 POINTS which I really enjoyed. Then for dinner the other night I had 4 oz. of baked salmon, 1 zucchini steamed with seasonings and mock fried rice, it was a very filling dinner and was 8 POINTS.

WW yogurt = 1 point mixed with 1/2 c Fiber One cereal = 0 points for a 1 point breakfast. Fiber One does not have that "smell" that Kashi has and does not taste gross at all. And it stays with you, plus you're getting 8 grams of protein for almost 1/5 of your daily intake.

Thanks. I tried the WW yogurt and was surprised at how much you got for 1 PT. I even added a 1.2 cup of fresh blackberries for a nice 1-1/2 PT treat.

Anyone else?
