Want to "hand-paint" jeans with Tigger. Can I iron on

a decal then paint over it? Or, should I buy tracing paper and trace the design, then paint it in? I love them on ebay, but like many here, can't afford the big $$.

What about getting the fabric spray paint, Tulip makes some, and using these stencils from Plaid Disney Brass Stencils (http://www.crafterstoybox.com/store/page218.html)

A few on here have done them on tshirts and mentioned that they were going to do their kids jeans as well.
