chance of fla resident rate at y/c in october?

we are traveling to florida in october to visit friends and to go to disney. we're staying with our friends for a few days, then moving to the y/c. I was talking to my friend and now they are thinking about spending a night at the y/c, too, if they can get a florida rate. what are the chances of them getting this? when is the best time to try? I'm hoping they can, it would be so much fun, so I want to help her make it happen if possible.

For check ins between 10/2/03-12/26/03 a Florida resident room-only code became available on 8/28/03, exp 12/26/03

2004:
For check ins between 9/30/04-12/25/04 a Florida resident room-only code became available 8/26/04, exp 12/25/04

2005:
For check ins between 10/5/05-12/25/05 a Florida resident room-only code became available on 8/25/05, exp 12/25/05

so it looks possible anyway!
