Planning 5th trip for 2008 and brother would like to come along with his family (their first). It would make 8 in total (3 adults and 5 kids *** my brother acts like one !).
Thinking about a villa and doing some costings for my brother - can anyone provide a (very rough) estimate of what it cost to rent a villa for 17 nights ?
Just a guessestimate really, doesn't need to be accurate.
Thinking of a 4 bedroom with usual features perhaps just of 192 or at the junction of 192/27.

The average for a 4 bed is probably about £500 for a week - and if you're going in the summer you won't need pool heating. Some villas do off-season discounts i.e. 2 weeks for the price 1 in Jan / Feb / March or or discounts for three week bookings.

Hi,
we are paying £500 @ week for a 5 bed/3 bath villa. It has 2 ensuites, free international phone calls, internet, tv, dvd's, games room. It looks lovely, can't wait until next year as this will be the first time we have stayed in a villa.

I agree that £500 is probably about the average figure, we are paying £1200 for a 4 bedroomed home at Indian Creek next month - that is for 17 nights.
Naturally the more people the better really, there are only 3 of us!
Pool heating is normally recommended betwen November and April.
If you are looking at location, I would go for just off the 192 in Kissimmee personally.

Garry, I think it can really vary and it would be a good idea to look on some villa sites to get an idea for yourself :thumbsup2
For example I was quoted prices between £270 and £600 (!!) for a 5 night stay in a 3 bed villa this August. Obviously it will vary according to location and facilities but we have gone for a really nice looking one with a good location for £350.

Hi!
17 nights would possibly be £1,100 .We usually quote in weeks and to take 17 nights means the owner misses out on a full weeks rent.So if it ios peak time, many owners may not accept it.
Kind Regards,
Lynn
