When I read in a thread the other day a suggestion to confirm all ADRs before leaving for your vacation, I was a skeptic. I've been keeping a Microsoft Word document with our entire itinerary, including all ADRs. As I talk with the reservationist, I record the information in the document, and then read it back to them after they've confirmed it with me.
With that much attention to detail, I was certain everything was perfect in my plans.
I'm glad I decided to follow the DIS advice, though. I apologized to the person who answered my call, and explained I'd like to confirm all my ADRs. We're going to be there for two weeks on the dining plan, so there were 14 dining, a carriage ride, and two tours.
I was convinced I was wasting both our time, until we got about three-quarters of the way through the list. Thank goodness! They showed our California Grill reservation as 7:30, I had 8:00. Now how'd that happen? :rolleyes1
So, thank you to those who advised confirming all reservations. I've been converted to your way of thinking.
