most of SW is shows not rides - so you won't have a long wait at SW.

just check the map when you arrive it has the times on it.

the few rides - Atlantis,KraKen, Wild Arctic - the only one I would even consider for a person with disability is Wild Arctic.

Atlantis and Kraken are both roller coaster....

however if you really want to ride

if you are staying at a US hotel you have FOLE - there is nothing faster.

In California they do have a sort of card but we almost never use it just have it with us just in case. We normally just walk right into the shows. We have used it maybe once on wild artic that is it.

just to clarify because it wasn't mentioned, the WDW GAC only applies to the WDW parks.
Universal has a link to download their Rider's Guide. (http://www.universalorlando.com/pi_gs_ada.html)
And here's a link to Sea World's Disability guide. (http://www.seaworld.com/seaworld/fla/pi_access.aspx)

Sea World does have a type of GAC. Ask at Guest Services as you enter the park. They were great same as Disney.
