Did anyone notice when they have the first visit to Tia Dalma's it looks like POTC ride at Disneyland? This is because there is no bayou part at WDW.

i especially liked the part when sparrow is trying to get away from that tribe of like head hunters and he goes and gets supplies and when he comes out and all the people are there "oh my god " lol

and i liked when keira knightley kissed sparrow at the end and krakken came up ( i wish keira knightley could kiss me like that!

I thought the movie was good, but it ended up leading into the next movie. Oh well, at least now I know I'm going to see that one :teeth: .

Anyway, the Water Wheel fight made me motion sick. I really like the cannibal island part. They had some funny stuff in there. Like the cages (the first part when they're trying to climb up the cliff.)

I didn't get the gambling game on the flying Dutchman. I know why Will agreed to play it, but I don't understand how they play it.

the movie ended so quickly! barbossa came out, and i'm like, "cool, i can't wait to see them rescue jack!" when the movie ended.......... :sad2: so sad we will have to wait!

going back to the first movie.............. wasn't that jail scene eerily identical to the end of the WDW ride. i mean, the dog even looked machanical!

i will probably go see the movie again this weekend!

I saw the movie last Saturday night. I noticed Barbossa's body on the first visit to Tia, and the monkey headed straight for Barbossa! That must be the "Jack" monkey from POTC 1.

I want Bootstrap to be saved too, but I hope Davey Jones lives. I have no clue why, but I think he's still kinda of good guy. I mean think about it, the dude lost his girl AND his heart. And, in a way, he's just doing his job. I will tell you someone who I DO want to see die, though. Cutler Beckett. The dude's a total slimeball. :stir:

Yeah, I felt like punching him and Norrington in the face when they got Davy Jones heart. Also, I hope Beckett falls into the Krakken's mouth! That would be hillarious! :lmao:

I can't wait for the next movie, either! I heard somthing about the name of the next movie, I forgot it, though. :sad2: It probably will end up a hunt to get Jack out of the *Krakken at the end of the earth. It will be especially interesting to see what ship Barbosa and the gang will use to get around. I have a feeling it might be the Wicked Winch... Tia Dalma could quite possible join the crew as well...

The monkey is still cursed because at the end of Curse of the Black Pearl, you can see the monkey take out the coin of Aztec Gold.

Davy Jones wants Jack to pay his debt to him because long ago Jack made a deal with him that if he was captain, he would have to pay a debt of souls.

I think Will will save his father but lose Elizabeth in the process. There are so many clues ...need to see it again ;)

yea the locket on her table matched the music box on Davy Jones' Organ when Will was taking the key.. The 3rd movie will most probably be called Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End. I predict the ship they use will belong to a new face: Captain Sao Feng, a pirate of the Chineese seas (and as a reference to the ride, I predict his ship will be called the Wicked Wench.. it's wench not winch) I think Bootstrap, Norrington, Cutler Beckett, and Davy Jones will die..

Somehow, I think there might be a POTC 4. Think about it, there are sooooo many questions being brought up. So much is going on, all at the same time. Can they really fit all of this into 3 movies? Then again, it is Disney. :wizard: Just a thought.... (I have no actual proof of there being a fourth movie)

I went to see POTC 2 today, it was pretty good. I do feel sad for the dog. Poor doggie gonna get eaten! :eek: Can't wait until the thrid one comes out.

a very highly doubt there will be a PotC 4 or PotC 5.. and Mal, i just noticed it while watching the movie, lol i have a good eye for those kinds of things.. a wench is uh.. well i won't come right out and say it on a kids board, but an example is the ladies that they are auctioning off in the ride, let's just say they find ways to get around.. I don't think there will be a 4 0r a 5 because it would be a little much I think.. I really hope that Pirates doesn't turn into another Star Wars where they scramble around trying to find ways to make more sequels (i.e. Episodes 1-3).

Jack made a deal with Davy Jones. Davy Jones raised the ship from the depths of the ocean and gave Jack 13 years to captain it, in exchange for 100 years of service from Jack.

Jack agreed, and DJ raised the ship... which Jack renamed The Black Pearl.


I'm not sure how credible it is, but all of the other information in the game was correct....

I also came up with another way Jack could live. You remember at the end of the movie that Davy thought Jack still had his heart? Then maybe Davy will call the kraken off of Jack and let him live again. I don't know what he'll do when he discovers Cutler Beckett now has the heart, thanks to Norrington. I can't wait till Memorial Day weekend!

not very good with names but this what i think davy jones will stop the kracken and let jack live. jack tells davy jones he doesn't have the heart. davy jones will probably give jack an amount of time to find the heart or davy jones will kill him or what ever. Will turner will try to save his father and probably end up marrying elizabeth but question himself and ask her do they want to get married. :tigger:

Sparrow went into that monster of a... monster... knowing that he was coming back out. He was way cocky about it capturing him... he said, "'ello, beastie" and practically dove into its mouth.

Davy Jones wanted him, he isn't going to let Jack be eaten by the Kraken.
