Oy! Newbie dead ahead!

Hello everyone! I stupidly forgot to post in here after registration, so I am making up for that now, hehe. My name is Karen, I will soon be 20 years old, and I am a college sophomore from Ohio. To be more specific, I am a Chemistry major, but I don't want to bore anyone with that information. :p

I love everything related to Disney. Unfortunately, my family is not the traveling folk, so we don't go on many vacations. I feel slightly awkward becoming a member of the boards, since I have never visited either of the parks. I have always wanted to, but it seems like that dream is not likely to come true as of right now. :(

My favorite Disney movie of all time, in case you haven't already noticed, is "Sleeping Beauty." I love all of the Princess movies, but I have always been more drawn to this one. I think it has to deal with the romantic setting/time period of this movie. I am a fan of the Renaissance era, so it makes sense, hehe. :artist:

I hope that was enough information to share with you all! This board seems amazing, and I can't wait to become more acquanted with every member. I love answering questions, so if you have any, feel free to ask!

I attend YSU, so you probably have an idea of the general region I live in, hehe. I was going to go to JCU in Cleveland, but I dropped out last minute due to high tuition costs. Even with all the scholarships and grants, one year at JCU equals four years at YSU. That's just crazy! :sad2: I'm better off where I am right now.
