font help

This the first time downloading some fonts to use for scrapbooking. I downloaded waltograph but cant get it to work so any help would be so appreciated. I really want to use it for my disney scrapbooking.

I'm going to ask the stupid questions here, but did you import it into your "font file" on your computer? Off of my "start" menu, under settings, under fonts, it has an "add new fonts".
