Ok, here's the scenario. I and my aunt shop ahead of time at Shutters. We're ready to go and are paid up for our pictures. Mom comes along and needs copies the 10:30pm (the night before we leave). They need my print to make a copy for Mom. After picking up many copies (in a hurry in the am) we are missing a vital group pirate picture. I'm flipping out. My aunt (1500 miles away) has a good print, but I wanted an original (or MY original anyway). Does anybody know of a way to contact Shutters? I wish they had the photo pass because my cousin (who has 2 kids) didn't buy ONE picture. Slacker.

Here is the link in the Faq for SHutter Information, and the company that deals with it. There is a phone number there, and if you are in the timeframe, I think you should be ok..

Thank you so much. I called them and hopefully they'll find our missing pictures. I wouldn't mind paying for new ones (although I'd rather not) just to have them.

I agree with the PhotoPass suggestion. I hated fighting the hordes in Shutters to find/buy our pictures. Oh, and I think they need to seriously expand the area in Shutters as well . . .

Totally agree. I know there have been numerous posts on the DIS regarding adopting the photopass idea for DCL. While there might be some issues I have to believe the Disney will make this one come through sometime - especially because it is SUCH a cash-cow. Even if they had it so you could view on your stateroom TV, order and then have your steward drop off before the end of the cruise would be wonderful. Couple that with being able to go online after and buy EVEN MORE - and have shirts, mugs, christmas cards.....quick someone hide my credit card!!!!!! :lmao:
