Has anyone used this service? I was toying around with it yesterday and can save some money on my SUV rental in February. I'm somewhat suspect since I have done some work for Priceline.

TIA

so far we have only used them for hotel rooms....

once last year for a motel near disneyland .....which was an econolodge .......but newly refurbished.....was a pleasant stay there..

upcoming ....they came through with a suite at an extended stay hotel chain (castelwood suites) in baltimore for 33$ a night .....so we are happy with them so far....

as far as rentals.....we seem to be able to do better at "major" car rental websites......

Yes, I've used Hotwire for car rentals twice. Both rentals went very smoothly.

We used it recently for a hotel room...haven't stayed in the room yet, but it is at the Orlando Airport Amerisuites for only $33. Since our flights were cancelled and we are flying in the night before our latest Disney cruise, we have it a shot and were very pleased by the price. I feel a lot more comfortable flying in the night before anyway...the $33 is well worth the "insurance" of getting there without worrying about the Wonder leaving us!

We've used them for airfare and car rental without a problem. Remember that, like Priceline, hotwire reservations are NON-REFUNDABLE. As long as you know that going in you should be okay.

Robin and tina,
Just curious - did you use Hotwire for a rental in Orlando and what company did you end up getting?
Thanks,
Ted
