How long to get 1st set of DVC info?

I called my rep at DVC on Fri Oct 19. He had machine recording that said hes out of the office till Tues 23rd. After I called a few times on Tues I finally put my down my $4,000 deposit. I have not received any package in the mail yet. How long does it normally take?

After i sent in my intial deposit, it took about 1 1/2 weeks and then fed-x showed up with a package of goodies!

hi: it also depends on how busy they are. our initial purchase (bwv) didn't take too long because sales weren't that hectic at that time. when we did an add-on at bwv last year before it sold out, it took a bit longer.

I know how you feel. I was anxiously awaiting my papers a few months ago, checking the mail box every day!

It was kind of like waiting for Christmas, except nobody could tell me what day it would be! :p
