Its a really great ride.
The loops are not really that worrying (its kinda dark and you can't really see them comming)
The only thing about the ride is it is very bumpy, my first trip I ended up with a huge painfull bruise on my shoulder. :rotfl:
But it you press yourself firmly in the seat in on position rather then letting yourself get chucked around you will be fine.
But its so great you will want to go on again and again. My favourite part is the launch up the canon then you get a bit of a weightlessness at the top.

It's a very good ride. The new effects are awesome, especially the swirly red tunnel near the end. Many people have moaned about the rename and whilst I admit that the theming and music isn't as good, it's still a very enjoyable experience.
The ride starts in the loading bays where you'll be assigned to either the left of right carts (both of them lead to the same track) Once everyone's boarded you taken slowly around the bend to the bottom of the 'canon' After pausing for a couple of seconds there's some smoke and the cart shoots up the hill at great speed. As soon as you reach the top there is a drop as you enter the main ride area. When inside there you shoot past many planets and other space type objects. At no point can you see the track where you are going (this helps to create the feeling of flight) After a couple of loops and sharp turns your lead through the swirly red tunnel and back towards the loading bay. The whole ride lasts around a minute and is nothing to be scared of!
The loops aren't bad, if you close your eyes you wont even notice them. My girlfriend is scared of roller coasters, especially ones with loops. I told her that SM doesn't go upside down. She's been on it 3 times and because she's always too scared to open her eyes she doesn't know any different :rotfl2:

I love roller n coaster however do not like SM2 that much, its too bumpy, I much prefer the aerosmith ride at the studios, much smoother.

lol :lmao: my sister had to go on SM2 on her own! Though she joined a 50 minute queue when she could of got a fastpass to come back in a couple of hours! arrgh! I had to wait in the blazing hot sun for her for over an hour!
Rock N Roller Coaster is a great ride and the queues much shorter than SM2 so we go on a few times.

Oh, you mean the ride?

Space Mountain was fantastic! It was my fav of the roller coasters, although I liked them all, lol. Aerosmith in the studios was the first one went on and was great too, but Space Mountain edged it for me :woohoo:
Id never done any upside down rides like these before either, so was a wee bit nervous, but they are so fast and over so quickly there's no time to be scared, lol
Enjoy them all! :teeth:

Hi Tinkerbellgal
One thing i have to mention is
when you'r put in you seat in SM be carefull
because they push your safetybar hard down
and if you are bigger than everage like mine boyfriend
your walking with two hurding shoulders for a long time
Have fun and plz keep your eyes open at all times
