BWV: Movie by the Pool ?

3 questions, I heard that there is a movie by the pool certain nights at BWV. 1 & 2) Is this true, and if so what nights ? 3) Has this been cut or eliminated in all the cut backs that have been going on around WDW?

hi: i've never heard/seen anything about it. also, i'm wondering how/where they would have it. the closest thing i can think of is borrowing videos from community hall.

I thought it was called 'swim in theater' and they held it once a month at the BWV pool. I am not sure what day it was....third Thursday of the month.....? They set up a big screen by the pool after sunset.

It was/is?? on the last Friday of every month. They set up a big movie screen at the quiet pool in front of community hall. You can float & watch the movie. We saw the Goofy movie (the 2nd one) July 2000. I have no idea if they are still doing this. Maybe call & get connected to Community Hall and ask!

no wonder we never saw anything about this. i think only 1 trip was ever around the end of the month. thanks for the info.

Yes, and we are going over Thanksgiving weekend, but the last Friday is the 30th, and we will be long gone. Seems we are never there the last Friday of a month.

Cool! I hope this hasn't been cut...though I guess it might be a bit cold in January. We'll consider it if they have it though.
