Hi everyone...I was wondering if anyone here had/is having a bridal luncheon/tea party at the Garden view lounge. How many people will they accomadate. We will be around 13-15. I know it is a small place so should I just call and make a regular adr or should I go through my wp?TIA. :goodvibes

I think that unless you want to rent the place out and host a private event before they open in the afternoon you would call and make a regular adr but if you want a private event you go through your wp. Either way I would let your wp know what you are thinking and see what they reccomend to do.

That sounds like a really, really cool idea.
What we've seen from Disney, that they will do just about anything for weddings, at least for the right price.

I am doing this for my wedding, because we only have a small number of guests I am not sure how many they accomodate. My co-ordinator booked it for me but we are not hiring the whole place just having it at the normal time. Wedding at 2pm tea at 3:40pm.
Hope this helps

We did this after our cake cutting reception for our intimate wedding, but before our dinner :) We were a party of 10, and we ended up being seated with the 4 parents at 1 table and the 6 of us "children" at the other table. They didn't have a table big enough to accommodate our party. Also, the tables were round, so couldn't be pushed together.
Cheers!
