anybody catch that?
He had this guy on there that was talkign about how far the united states will go with stemcell and cloning.

I thought it might inspire some discussion here.

I caught part of it, and think that Bush wanting to veto the stem cell research bill is ridiculous.

so how far do you think we should go with stem cell and cloning research?

Go as far as we can without actually cloning a human, I could really care less if they clone a human but I know the majority of people are against that. Stem Cells have the posibility to cure so much with the human body. And Bush wanting to Veto the Bill, because he thinks every embryo is a human with a soul is just ridiculous.

Yeah. I heard about that. GB will Veto it.
i'm actually more interested in the vaccine for cervical cancer in Canada. In Canada, one woman a day (on average) dies of cervical cancer. Now that there's a vaccine..

I pretty much agree with stem cell research because like DizParks said, it has the possibility to cure so many diseases. As for cloning, I think it's good to have the technology, but when it comes to actually cloning something I kind of stand back and say to myself "just because you can doesn't mean you should."
