Going for free dining on 8/13 - 8/19 does anybody know if the character breakfast buffet at the crystal palace is 1 credit per person or two?

One credit per person. For what it's worth, we much prefer lunch or dinner over breakfast at CP.

It's 1 credit pp and not to confuse you but we love breakfast at CP much better than lunch or dinner.

I love all 3 CP meals. It would be hard for me to pick a favorite but I guess it must be breakfast because I only have an ADR for that for our August trip. Here's a couple of photos:

Breakfast lasagna-very sweet

They call this a french toast but its really a deep fried donut thing-worth the price of the meal.

Made to order omlets or eggs cooked to order. I like being able to get my kids a fried egg as they don't care for scrambled eggs.

Am i hearing this right? You can get eggs overeasy at CP? That would be great because my son prefers them overeasy rather than scrambled.

YES! At the omlet station. I get them with the yolk broken and cooked for my kids. The same person will also make chocolate chip pancakes to order.

We love Crystal Palace for breakfast -- wouldn't miss it for the world. LOL!

Even as adults, we love to eat there -- I've even marched in the Parade. ;)

Here's a tip -- Get your eggs or omelette first and then tackle the rest of hte buffet because the line for eggs can get a little long. And this way, you'll have hot fresh eggs as well as the rest of your food. Otherwise, the rest of your breakfast could get cold by the time you get your omlette or eggs.

That deep fried puffed french toast is awesome. Throw in some of the cheesy breakfast pototes and that could be my entire meal. Of course I never refuse bacon either! I think this is the best breakfast at WDW. :thumbsup2

We've only had breakfast at CP, but I can honestly say that was the best meal. I will have a breakfast there now every trip. We've tried Chef Mickey's and Cape May too. I think they were both good, but there is something priceless about not having to leave the park.

Our favorite place for breakfast. Going twice in September...try to always go on our last day, kind of a tradition! Yum
