Anyone ordered an Account Update lately?

Are they any easier to read then they used to be?

We recently added on, and I used some of the points, then banked the rest, and I'm afraid I'm a little confused as to where I'm at.

But the last update I requested (a few years ago) was basically a screen print that was total GREEK to me!

Just curious if they're offering something different....

I don't know if they've changed them but I know what you mean about it looking like Greek. Think of it as a checkbook register. If you have added on, each add-on is a different account. They give you your entire history of each account but you really only need to start back a year (where you may have banked points into the current year). Maybe this will help next time. ;)
