Transportation from Universal to Disney

Does anyone know if there is shuttle service from Universal Hotels to Disney and how much it is? Also, why does Universal charge you to park at their resort if you are staying there? Isn't that why they have the garage for non-staying guests? Also, if you are staying at the resorts, do you get preference at the resaurants for seating? Would appreciate any answers/help.

Mears runs shuttles between WDW and Universal. It's about $14 per person round trip.
Most hotels charge for their guests to park. This is not unique to Loews Hotels.
By staying on site you get next available seating in the restaurants at City Walk and the parks by showing your room key.
