That's how I felt when we got a 1 bedroom at VWL for 11/27 - 29. I called on 10/9 and it was available.

I never expected to get into the WL during the pre-holiday season.

Wait, in my defense, we only spent 2 nights at OKW this year during Jan. Sure, we took the cruise in Feb but our trips were nothing like last years when we had AP's. Thanks AZ, this is a solo trip for my wife and I, I didn't invite our 14y/o son. He gets to stay with grandparents......spruce

Sounds like my kind of trip! Our problem is that we keep inviting guests, so we never seem to have those "solo couple" trips any more! This next trip will be two "older" couples in our age group, so it will be slower than having young people along.

My favorite short notice ressie was when we were sitting on the Boardwalk and decided that we wanted to spend the night. We called MS right then and there @ 1:00 PM and they gave us a studio!!! We walked to the lobby and checked in right away!!!:bounce:
