We are looking at getting a new camcorder - partly to video DS swimming at Nationals and obviously to take to Florida with us, we have seen a panasonic one that we are really interested in. At John Lewis this is £329.00 but at www.cameras2u.com it is £232.88 with free p & p - I have never heard of this site before and wondered if anyone else had as this is almost £100 saving. Thanks

Not sure if you had any joy on the photography forum, but I just wanted to let you know I used them last year to buy a camera for my parents - they were going on holiday and realised at the last minute they had forgotten to buy a camera. I chose this site because they offered free next delivery - and they lived up to the promise - I didn't order until Monday, and it arrived by Special Delivery the following day, just in time for their afternoon flight.
The prices are really good too, and I would definitely order from them again.
Hope that helps :)

Why not call your local Jessops store and ask if they will price match. I searched the net for prices for a camcorder and Nikon DSLR and Jessops matched the price and gave me half price accessories! Also an excellent site for dv tapes etc is 7dayshop.com :thumbsup2

took the plunge and bought the camcorder - they will dispatch it within 5 days (normally its the same/next day but it is due them tomorrow) will let you know if it arrives within the time frame they stated. One good thing they don't debit my account until they dispatch the item. :thumbsup2
