Okay, I am thinking about getting a die cutter (I know - ties into that I'm going broke thread :rotfl2: ).

Anyway, I first looked at the cricut, but then I realized that it is somewhat limited So I am now thinking about the Craft Robo. Does anyone have this one (or the Wishblade)? Do they really do everything they say? I have Adobe Illustrator, so will I really be able to cut just about anything I choose?

Help!!!! Please!!!!

I just got a craftrobo and am having trouble cutting with it but I think it is just that my machine is the problem but I am working with the company to figure it out. I made 2 sheets of clean cuts on it and since then my cuts have not been clean.

The wishblade and craftrobo are the exact same machine but have silghtly different file imputs- it does take some time to figure out how to trace words and pictures to cut them out exactly. Also while it will cut all true type fonts I have founf that it does not cut the edges of the true type wingdings- such as the pooh one.

After reading all of the old threads (which I finally found after seaching - whew), I took the plunge and bought the Craft Robo. The selling point for me was that I have virtually unlimited possiblities after one investment.

I will keep you posted.
