National Problem... Again!

My DH is down in Orlando for business staying at POFQ. He went to get the car and the lady (who couldn't speak very much English) gave him a slip with double the amount on the ressies he had. He showed it to her and she couldn't figure it out. Any ideas on what to do? He's taking it back Thursday. I still have a copy of the original email from customer service.

Trying to get satisfaction directly at the desk when there is a crowd of people in line may be next to impossible. Have him call the rental agency at MCO and ask to speak to a manager and explain the problem.

just have him bring the printout to the counter. They'll honor it.
