Boy, ABC Mom beat me to that post!
Forget YC Galley - it closed!
As for parks, I would suggest staying away from the MK. Should be mobbed. Maybe try MGM, AK or Epcot instead.

At this late date, most of the priority seatings are taken for most of the restaurants. You might get a very late seating. Don't plan on walking in without a PS. We had a PS at the Yacht Club Galley. When it closed, we tried to get a seating for the three of us at several of the other locations. All they had available were 8:45 or 9 PM seatings if they had any at all.

We were at AK last year on Thanksgiving Day. Crowds were very manageable (unlike the rest of the week!). Hopped over to Ohana for dinner - it was very good. Served family style at large tables, very festive.

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving Dinner buffet at 1900 Park Fare in the Grand Floridian. Mickey & Minnie were present, as was Donald, Daisy, Goofy, & Pluto. The food was absolutely excellent and the patrons were all in a very spirited mood. We would definitely do 1900 Park Fare again. Hope you have a wonderful time!!
