As often as we've gone through MCO, we've done it differently so many times that the various levels still confuse me! (doesn't take much lately) You come in on the shuttle from the gate. You go up escalators, you go down escalators. I know that Baggage Claim is on Level 2. I thought we went out those doors to the ground transporation. But on the MCO website, it shows the shuttles, taxis, etc. to be on Level 1.
With all the changes lately, I'm just trying to organize things to run as smoothly as possible, since so much of the trip "planning" has sort of been taken out of my hands!!
Appreciate any info.:o

Greetings,
Just returned yesterday and yes the Ground Transportation is all on the 1st level.
Also, to alleviate some of your travel anxiety the airport seems very calm and things seem to
be running very smoothly.

Good Luck With Your Planning,

Kevin ;)

Sandy Fisher.
When you get off the plane (level 3) go out the gate and down the escalators to get your luggage(baggage claim area level 2) Then go to ground transportation(level 1). Now on the way back you get dropped off on level 3 which is the top level.. hope this helps you !!

Gee whiz, that sounds so simple. I looked at the diagrams and maps on the MCO website and just got more and more unsure of myself. But, as I mentioned, it doesn't take much these days. Honestly won't believe we're going until we set foot on Florida soil. Thanks again. Glad things are running smoothly at the airport.
