When you read a post that talks about ROFR, or ROFRing, how do you pronounce it?

1) Are Oh Ef Are
2) Rowfer
3) Right of First Refusal

When reading posts, I've always read it as your first choice, "Are Oh Ef Are". But now that I've seen your other choices... Imagine that you are teasing a dog (let's call him "Disney") by waiving a fantastic resale contract in front of his nose. He suddenly growls and barks at you, "rrrrrrr offf rrrrrr" and then grabs the contract out of your hands and runs off with it. I think maybe that's the way to think about it.

For me, it's context-dependent.

If I'm talking about:tinker:passing ROFR -- it's RAH -fer! :dumbo: :simba: :stitch: :goofy: :donald: :mickeyjum

But if I'd lost a contract to ROFR (not yet!), it would be a gurgling regurgitative sound  ...if you get my drift.

Well, it's obviously ROFR (row-fer) - well, obvious to me :joker: , but your question reminds me of the earlier question of how to pronounce 'the disboard' - diz boards (like Dis-ney), or diss boards (as in 'don't diss me!'). I believe the majority voted for dizboards on that earlier thread.
