Free Base Ticket Upgrade to Hoppers w/WP&M

Last January, Disney offered a discount code on base tickets that upgraded the tickets to PH's with WP&M. Does anyone know if you could take advantage of this offer if you were staying at DVC on points?

No, you had to pay for the room.... (Remember FREE and "no room charge" are not compatible terms in Disney's world)

I suppose you couldn't do a cash ressie for one or two nights, package that with 7 day MYW base tickets and qualify for the upgrade?

I know what your saying about FREE and "no room charge" not being compatible. It just seems there should be some other ways to create a "package"....like DVC on points, the dining plan and base MYW tickets. Wishful thinking! :teeth:

A package usually consists of room at rack rate(or nearly rack rate), tickets and whatever else they are trying to sell.
