Once again we are gearing up for our August Vacation (can't wait). Can you all give me recommendations on the best on-line grocery services out there? :thanks:

I can't say enough positives about Gardengrocer.com. They were wonderful! Within 30 minutes of checking in our order was delivered by Brian, the owner. He mentioned that if we needed additional items during the week to call him and he'd get them delivered with no additional delivery fee. The bagels and breads were fresh and the fruit was delicious. We ordered 2 cases of water (much less expensive than onsite) and used them during the week. I highly :thumbsup2 recommend them and will definitely use their services again in October! :sunny:

We use Garden Grocer in May and had a very pleasant experience.
They were swamped the day of delivery and the owner called us to let us know that they were running late. They called again to let us know that they were on their way. Great customer service!!! :thumbsup2
We enjoyed the food and found it to be very fresh. They take the extra time to find the best fruit and perishables for their customers.
I have a trip coming up in November, and I will be using them again!

I haven't used GG but I have had excellent service with wegoshop.com I like that I make up my own shopping list and can choose brands. I don't know about GG.

How does this work? Do they coordinate with your check in time? How long do you usually have to wait for them to arrive? Just wondering since we are planning on going to a park the day we arrive.

We ordered :surfweb: online about 2 weeks before check in. We provided them with the resort and address that we were staying at. We did not know our room number so just did not fill that part on the online order form. We gave GG the time that our flight was to arrive. We were a little early getting in and our room was not ready yet. By the time we checked in Brian had called and left a message just checking to see that we had arrived safely and would deliver as soon as I called him back. Within 30 minutes of that phone call our groceries had been delivered to our door. And so began another service that I will be continously loyal to! :thumbsup2

We used wegoshop.com. She was excellent and very nice.
Placed our order online--gave her estimated arrival time and cell number
Called upon arrival with room number and she was there in 25 minutes.
We asked her to shop @ Walmart so she could pick us up a small styrofoam cooler since we were changing resorts mid-week.
She even used coupons and split the difference with us. Saved us $7 more dollars.
We're definitely using her again this year.
