Inbox Full problem solution

I know this probably shouldn't be posted on the forum, but I know several of us have the same problem. And LisaTX really helped me solve this problem.

not only do you need to delete from your inbox and sent Items. You neet to set your show messages box "from beggining" before you delete.

You would not believe how many messages I had in there then.

Patrick.. I did that just recently and was shocked at how many messages were there.. I delete them all the time. Yikes.

Thanks for the info, Pat! I'm pretty good at cleaning out my mailbox regularly - but I checked messages "from the beginning" like you suggested. I had a half dozen or so sent messages from late April/early May - and it was fun to read them again before deleting them.

Thanks Pat! I had cleaned out my inbox, then read here about cleaning out my sent messages.
I just did what you instructed and I had 57 messages. YIKES!! I didn't even realize that I had that many :)

Now my PM box is empty. Hmm, waiting to fill it up again :)
