Hi. I just realised that I went completely off topic on another thread, talking about Burton. So I'm making a thread for it. If anyone wants to talk about Tim Burton/Johnny Depp. Talk here. :) I'm not sure if there is a thread like this elsewhere, but if there is delete it and bump the other.

I think Johnny Depp is a way better pirate then he was a Chocolate Man!! When he was willy wonka....that was so scary..Night Mares!! LOL an orlande bloom is like my favorite!!

I didn't like that movie because of his costume/make-up. I like the original better.

johnny depp is great in pirates, but i haven't gotten to see the new one yet. still waiting!!!

tim burton's best movie no doubt was edward scissorhands! anyone agree? i also like NBC.............

it's kind of weird how johnny depp looked really creepy in charlie and the chocolate factory when his face was really pale, but he didn't look that creepy when his face was like that in edward scissorhands................

just thinking, wasn't that johnny depp in the corpse bride? wow, burton must really like johnny depp.................

All Burton's movies are good.. EXCEPT willy wonka.. :rotfl:

ive not seen willy wonka yet ive seen the orginal and hated it i did not like the oompa loompas they were the ones that gave me night mares
otherwise Johnny Depp is sweetness i saw his interview on good morning america and thought he was pretty cool

I think that both the Willy Wonka movies are different and great in their different ways. Notice that Burton's movie was called "Charlie and the Choco Factory" not "Willy Wonka" I think Burton was doing his own version of the book, not doing a remake. The original Wonka is a classic and still creeps me out to this day. But I just love Johnny in the new one!

I love Tim Burton's movies! When I was younger Nightmare Before Christmas was one of my favorite movies and still is. I also like Corpse Bride! Johnny Depp has been doing a great job in the POTC series, too. I really enjoy how they have been doing! Keep up the good work! :thumbsup2
