Ok, went on the Magic 10/13....totally hooked.....attended a DVC presentation onboard and met with CM Larry to clarify some questions. But, came up with a couple more after getting home........
1) Is the length of your contract 40, 41 or 42 years?
2) If you buy resale, does the length start when the original owner purchased or from the date of the second closing?
3) What is BCV?
