Where is the best places to sit with a wheelchair &/or an ECV to view these new parades?

Mind you this is coming from a NON-parade watcher

but I found the best place to watch last yr in Dec was next to restroom at City Hall that little curb area was perfect...and I didn't even care if I watched the parade or not... LOL
