Decorating your resort room?

How many people decorate their rooms? Is this a really popular thing? I never would have even dreamed about doing something like that, but now that is all I hear about around the boards! :sunny: Do the majority of people do this?

We have been here many times and never did anything to the rooms. The kids were happy just to be in Disney and of course the parks. :love: :love: :love: party: party: party: party:

Of course it's a good idea to decorate your room! The cms and mouskeeping have no problem with it, as far as I know. At home depot they have mickey head paint samples and, since the disers color is alien green, I've seen the mickey heads go quickly! (And they're free :cool1: )
Other great ideas are:
-Disney lights around your resort room window
-disney picture frames for around the room
-disney kleenex box
-disney plates napkins ect. for the table
-disney window clings
and others I know of bring disney stuffed animals and put them in the window, or mousekeeping does something.

I've seen people decorate their rooms. It's a cute idea. But I wasnt gonna be in the room long enough to think about it. :artist:

Some people decorate their balconies with lights at Christmas time. Others do it to celebrate birthdays, anniversarys, weddings...I think the window decorations have grown from this. Some people put up window clings (especially good for first floor rooms to show off to people walking by) other put up lights with the removable clips (good for higher floors and for people who might have had too much to drink at DTD :blush: )
I won't be decorating my "room" but I may put up some Halloween window clings.

Um yeah there's a whole group of us on the countdown board that are sharing decorations throughout the rest of the year at Pop. I never really decorated my room before in all my stays but have always loved looking at everyone's windows so decided to go whole hog this year. Usually we just put our stuffed animals etc in the window but this year we will have a theme going on. pirate:

I always bring a lot of Disney stuffed animals, it's neat to see what Mouse Keeping does with them :)
