We are going on our first family Disney World trip. Me DH34(going on 12) and DS11. I wanted to decorate the windows but the boys werent getting to into it. If I didn't do it I would be afraid we would get there and the DS11 would be disappointed once he saw others with decorated windows.

Today we were out running errands and went to this place called Party Pig Superstore. I don't know if they are a nationwide chain but they sell birthday and other party supplies.

The guys started looking around and found lots of cool things. They were putting on hats, playing with plastic swords etc.. I asked them to keep their eyes peeled for disney stuff.

I lost them for a while and then I found them playing intently down an aisle. As I walked up to meet them DS puts on a pirate hat and says "Mom, too bad we can't have a pirate room" and I reply " Oh, but we CAN have a pirate room"

That's all I had to say. We walked out with Pirates of the caribbean window clings, a huge cardboard hanging pirate ship, pirate rubber duckies, a treasure chest, and pirates plates and cups for the suite!! they had a ton of decorations.

We look around more and they had sections for Toy Story, Incredibles, Cars, Little Mermaid, Snow White, Lion King, tons of stuff.

So, If you have a Party Pig or simular store, check it out.

I was disappointed that they didn't have any Mickey, but they had just about everything else.

:confused3 Do you know if they have a website? I was looking for one, but
maybe it's under something else.

TIA!~

I wasn't able to find one for them. http://www.birthdaydirect.com has quite a bit of the Pirate stuff I saw as well as other themes.

Searching for the character you are looking for and then Party supplies might turn up what you are looking for. It looks like there are many sites that have Disney Licensed party supplies.

Rats! It looks like Party Pig is a local chain. Has anyone seen licensed disney party supplies at stores that are National?

I always hit our Party City store. They have a clearance isle 2 for $1. I get anything disney: paper plates giftbags(for disney bags)
napkins forks, knives for room
tablecloth for hotel table
cups
I love this store. I have to get a pic of our hotel window. We have about 30 disney plush. Super cool!! I'm doing the green mickeys around the window. I'm doing the garland like someone suggested here. Punching a hole in the mickey paint chip and stringing it!! Good Idea!

Walmart carries the Pirates party supplies. We are doing a pirate themed window as well. I wasn't real thrilled with the disney pirates supplies I have been able to find so we are doing a general pirate window, at least until we shop in WDW. I used gallery glass and made a pirate flag for our window, found black fabric with gold skull and crossbones, bought a skull and crossbones banner for the top of our window and DS will add his pirate swords he always buys. I have to make a sign for our door still. I also dressed Pal Mickey up as a pirate.
