I just wanted to vent a little about the phone operators at Disney today. I was so mad. Here I am spending all this money for a WDW vacation and they don't even want to talk to you. I called to confirm all my dining ressies, to make sure I had correct times and numbers down. Well the first person I talked to transferred me to someone else who then transferred me back to the first person. He hung up on me!! Well I thought the phone just disconnected, so I call back. I get the same person on the phone and they hung up again. What nerve!! Has anyone else had this problem? I will call again tommorrow and hopefully get someone who can help me out. And is not so rude!! Thanks for letting me vent!

That's too bad. Like you said, just call back tomorrow. Hopefully, you'll have better luck. I'll be doing the same later this week.
Your operator must have had a bad day or something. Hopefully, you'll get someone else tomorrow. I have never spoken to a Disney phone operator that was grouchy...they've always been very friendly! Good luck!

Gosh, that is a real bummer. I have had very good luck with the WDW cast members that answer the phones. I have had very helpful and pleasant people! Try again and see if you get a different person (maybe at a different time of day). But be sure to log a complaint also, WDW needs to know for their quality control. Good Luck!
