Can I do better than this rate?

4 nights 5 days at RPH... Garden View .... One adult one child who is 11.. July 19-23....includes park tix and fotl room key for $229 per night.....taxes etc will amount to a total of $1,021.34. This was quoted through Universal directly.

Is this a good deal or can I do better. Looking for help.

I just checked the AP rate, it is $206 per night for your stay. With tax, that would be a total of $918. Then you would have to buy an AP for $180 + tax, and an online 5 day ticket for about $107 including tax. That adds up to more then your $1021.34

The AAA rate for your room, if available, would be $204.25 per night for a total of $817. Then you would have to buy two five day passes on line for another $214 for a total of $1031--assuming you don't have to sign up for AAA. So, using the discounts I know are available, it looks like you have the best rate.

Thanks for the quick reply. I have until tomorrow to cancel, so for now I will stick with this offer from Universal.
