Does anyone know what the age/size requirements are for passengers in the Water Mice? I'm taking my 3 yr. old DS in a few weeks and I'm thinking of renting one.
Does anyone have any memories to share about the water mice and taking along a small child? I'm a little concerned about taking my little guy, but I'm sure he'd enjoy a boat ride, especially if we took it easy. Thanks!

I'm wondering this myself with my 2.5 year old. It has been several years since I rented one, but I remember there being enough room to have a small child sit next to me, but I'm not sure of the requirements.
Hopefully someone will have some info.

They are like mini speed boats. They used to be called water sprites, and I feel like they even had another name at some point. Here's a pic I snagged from the internet...

I took my 3yo DS for a ride last at DTD month! He loved it. I'm not sure if they had minimum height/weight (DS is 41" and 41 lbs)... my DH paid while we got our vests. He loved it! Though the poor guy was so tired from travelling that he put his head down on the side of the boat and fell asleep while I drove around, lol!

The only age restriction I could find was for driving it. We're hoping to take our 18M son on it. I did check to see if they had life jackets small enough for him. It seems they do. Hope so.
