DLR update 06/25

Was at DLR today and they are currently out of 50th Quest cards. They are expecting more cards by the end of the month. That is also why the 50th Quest is not currently available on the VMK website.

POTC WAS open today and should soft open for the rest of the week. I was planning on riding it later in the evening but they closed it.

yea i saw a ride video of the ride that was actually pretty good (some spoilers here).. i didn't post it right away cause i didn't know if it would be considered off topic for the vmk board.. mods is it ok if i post the video? it is hard to tell in the little amateur video but they most definitely added some music from PotC: Curse of the Black Pearl in the ship battle scene (i think in the movie its the music that plays as Jack is sailing into Port Royal on his sinking ship) also even on this amateur video Davy Jones looks awesome.. they project him on a water fall.. he talks.. and then you go through the water fall.. for all of you jack Sparrow fans.. he doesn't talk much in the ride (since he's supposed to be hiding from the pirates) but in the treasure room at the end he does have quite a nice quote (yes it is Jonny Depp saying it)
one last thing.. the actual Aztec Tresure chest used in Pirates of the Caribbean Curse of the Black Pearl is in the treasure room on the DLR version.. and it looks pretty cool

Yes, the one in the magic kingdom was remolded also.
