July 20 Wonder Cruise-where are you?

Who else is going on the July 20th sailing on the disney wonder for the 3 night cruise??

We just booked our first cruise and are excited to go!!

so far the only things we have booked are the eco watercraft tour at CC at 945 and palo on sat night at 830. the others, if any, we will probably book onboard. dont want to be locked into too much and find we have other things to do. we did buy pirate costumes for the pirate night, cant wait to wear them!!

we will probably rent the snorkeling equipment on CC as well when we arrive. we are so excited!! we fly out next tuesday night for a day at wdw on weds.

Sounds like you have a good "itinerary"!! My dad and i are diving in Nassau, my sis and mom are snorkeling. I guess on CC we are just doing snorkeling, playing it by ear. We are going to Palo one night too, no idea what time or day, though. I'll have to find that out.

When is pirate night? I missed that! How did you find out that it was planned?

Have fun at Disney world on Wednesday! Lucky you. My sis and I fly down Wednesday night to Jax then drive to PC with our parents on Thurs. pirate:

from what i have read here, pirate night will be night 2, friday night. everyone is welcome to dress up that night. bandanas are supposed to be supplied to all at dinner. after dinner, they are supposed to have a pirate show up on deck. we bought pirate costumes to wear that night for dinner and afterwards.

In nassau, we are not sure what we are going to do. we may just walk around or maybe go to the atlantis resort and look at the aquarium i have read so much about and see the casino.

Just my wife and myself are going down this time. the kids are staying home-boy they are not happy either!! I would love to bring my boys with us, but airfare is about 500-600 RT right now, plus the cost of the cruise and that is too much!! we just got back from wdw in may, so they just went. we will probably be going again next may anyways.

One more week and we fly out!!

Hello! :wave: We just booked this cruise yesterday! Yikes - talk about last-minute! :)

It will be myself, DH, and DS. This will be our 3rd Disney Cruise! :woohoo: We sailed on the Magic and on the Wonder in their respective inaugural years: 1998 and 1999. I'm really looking forward to seeing what all has changed since then!

Question--why is it DH, DS, etc. I am guessing the H is husband, S=sister, but why the D? :wave2:

DH is Dear Husband, DS is Dear Son, DD is Dear Daughter, etc. They are a few of the many abbreviations that are often found here on the DIS boards. There is a list of abbreviations and what they stand for somewhere on here... I'll try to find it and post it for you. :)

count me in as another last minute booker ... booked 7/13 for the 7/20 3 night Wonder ... it'll just be me and 16yo DD (DH unfortunately is on a 3 week business trip) ... DD will have a blast in the teen club I'm sure, and I'll enjoy the opportunity to kick back and relax on deck, on our verandah, or in a lounge :thumbsup2
