Hi!
I need firm sign-ups for the 2 tours we will offer, we must have at least 10 people signed up to offer these, you can pay for these at Convention registration
Yuletide Fantasy tour -- this is $60.00 per person
with a minimum of 10, and maximum of 45 guests.
There is a 30-day cancellation charge of 90%.
"Keys to the Kingdom" tour -- This is a 4.5-5 hour
tour of utilidors/onstage areas of Magic Kingdom.
Cost is $40.00 per person for groups of 10 or more (no meals included).
Tours will be offered on Friday, Keys to the Kingdom should be a morning tour, and I'm trying to get an early afternoon Yuletide Tour so it can end at the Grand for Tea but I'l get back to you ASAP with correct times.
Please sign up below if you would like to attend - and make sure you list the tour you plan to attend.
thanks!

Linda: I would like to take the Yuletide tour. Are there going to be any discounts for AP holders or Amex credit cardholders or DC cardholders?
I've done Keys of the Kingdom and it is awesome.

Sign me up for the keys to the kingdom tour.
thank you
Good question, Livia. I have AAA, AP, Disney Club and I can use Amex. I think at least one of those offers a discount. But, we might not be able to do that going as a group.

How accessible are these tours? I will probably be using my wheelchair so I don't wear myself out since I will be by myself. Will this be a problem?
Linda

There will be no discounts because these tours will be at a special time and just us. You can pay for it at convention registration, remember I must get at least 10 people for each tour in order to offer it.
I will check on wheelchair access but I can't do that until tomorrow.
thanks!
I would like to do both of these tours...Put me down for both.
I think Marsha had said she was interested in both too.

Just FYI, the regular price of the Keys tour is $58, so this is a great price on it! If I hadn't already taken the tour twice, I'd be jumping all over this! :)

the following are descriptions of the tours from Deb Wills Site......I am not sure if all this is up to date or not...but at least a general description.
KEY'S TO THE KINGDOM
Magic Kingdom
Offered daily this four and a half hour to five hour tour celebrates Disney Magic! The Tour changed in NOvember to include lunch with the Tour Guide!
Keys to the Kingdom is designed for guests who have been to the Magic Kingdom before and are interested in everything that went into the initial construction of the world's largest Vacation Kingdom, the history of the Disney Company, Behind the Scenes secrets of the park, stories about Walt and our Disney heritage, and of course, a rare opportunity to take a peek into our Backstage areas, including the Utilidor under the Magic Kingdom, and the Parade Production Center.
At the 2 1/2 hour mark, the group breaks at the Columbia Harbor House for a delicious meal which is prepared and waiting for all the Tour Guests. Orders are taken in the Tour Garden, next to City Hall, upon check-in before the Tour begins. Menu choices include a Fried Chicken Strips Basket, Fried Fish and Chicken Combo, Garden Galley Salad (ixed greens with feta cheese, pecans, grilled chicken, and pineapple in a zinfandel vinaigrette), Starboard Deck Sandwich (Toasted bread topped with ham, cheese, tomato, and broccoli slaw), and New England Clam Chowder or Vegetarian Chili served in a bread bowl.
The lunch is included in the tour price of $58.00, and offers a unique chance to dine with an expert on Walt Disney World, while saving the time of waiting in line to order a meal.
Minimum age is 16, Magic Kingdom admission is required.
DISNEY'S YULETIDE FANTASY
Almost magically, Walt Disney World Resort transforms into a holiday headquarters complete with millions of sparking lights, larger-than-life Christmas trees and miles of garland. From Dec. 1-25, guests will be able to take a behind the scenes peek at that magical transformation in Disney's Yuletide Fantasy, a 3-hour journey into the holiday history of Walt Disney World Resort.
Guests take guided tours to theme parks and resort hotels, learning stories about the themes of the Yuletide decorations and how Disney elves transform the parks and hotels into an annual winter wonderland. Disney's Yuletide Fantasy is open to ages 12 and older (guests under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult), and theme park admission is not required. The program is $45 per person, and class size is limited. For reservations, call 407-WDW-TOUR.

"Put me down for the Yuletide tour for a party of one please," he said, frantically checking his itinerary.
And by the by, the Keys to the Kingdom tour is awesome. And you get a very cool pin.

For these tours, Linda, I'm assuming you will take cash at registration. Would you also be able to take checks or credit cards. I don't like to carry a lot of cash around in WDW. Thanks!

The yultide tour sounds like fun, but what does it entail? Since it will be just me and my 14 year old DD I would like to get an idea of what we will see etc, so that I can see if is something she might be interested in.

Please sign me up for 2 for the Yuletide tour. What a great day this will, the tour, GF tea, and then the fantasmic dessert party.
Do we know yet what time the yuletide tour will be? If it conflicts with the GF tea, I will have to cancel. (Must do tea,...hmm.must also shop for tiara!)

Linda, Please cancel me for the Yuletide Tour. Should we start a separate thread for this? Is it going to get too confusing?
Ok, take me off the Yuletide tour, too. I like the idea of us doing the tour by ourselves in our own way, in our own time.
