Has anyone managed to get the Beach Cottage in June with only a 7 month window?

I really would love to stay there next summer but don't think my chances will be too good.

I had trouble getting a Beach Cottage at the 11 month window! So, sorry don't know what your chances may be for 7 month but it's worth a try. The Beach Cottage is WONDERFUL to stay in!
