We're staying at HRH (DS's choice) in a pool view room the last week of July. I'm planning to fill a gift basket or bag for my DH, DS(14), & 4-legged baby girl. I didn't decide to do this until last night, so I've not put a lot of thought into it yet. I'm hoping to get some great ideas from you guys. :wave2: I do all the packing, so sneaking them into the room shouldn't be too difficult. :tiptoe: This is what I've thought of so far:
DH - bottle of wine or sparkling wine (I'll take a corkscrew, wine cork, & glasses from home.), & chocolates or choc. dipped strawberries
DS(14) - couple of CDs, lanyard for room key, & maybe a roll of quarters for the arcades
Molly :dogdance: - toys & rawhide chews
So, what should I add to DH & DS's basket that will go along with the parks, HRH theme, &/ or Stevie Wonder cabana? :listen: TIA for your suggestions. :)

depending on how playful your guys are you could get them water guns for the pool. Also, have you signed up for loews first program? You can have wine waiting for you in your room *for free*, just by signing up. ;)

Thanks for the suggestion. :) We are members in the Loews 1st program, but our membership is pretty much useless. :( We always book with the Florida resident rate, & don't get any of the perks.

Just ask them to put your Loew's 1st number on the reservation. You can ask them to add it at check in. We received beer and nuts at HRH on our first stay.
Stevie Wonder- add sunglasses. :cool1:
Molly will just love the view because the windows are low enough for dogs.
Quarters work for the bridge over the end of Ripsaw Falls too.

Those squirters always bring me lots of enjoyment!!! (except when I'm on the receiving end of course).
How about some silly things like Sponge Bob sleeping pants or boxers or gimmicky Jimmy Neutron stuff?
A very practical thing would be to print out the tips for scoring really high on Men in Black (available in the stickys on the other Dis Universal Studios forum http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=117490). Roll it up and tie it with a ribbon. Men in Black is so much more fun when you've got some good tips.

We'll try adding our Loew's number once again. Unfortunately, we've not had any luck getting the perks at any of the resorts thus far. Maybe, it's just luck. If so, that doesn't bode well for us. I'm not running out to buy any lottery tickets, if you get my drift. ;)

I've been meaning to read those tips for years. I'd love to beat both of them really bad just once. :teeth: We usually take turns winning. :rolleyes1 That's a great idea though. :scratchin Maybe, I'll share the secrets with DS & not DH. Bwaaahaha

That sounds just like something I'd do!!!
